But you'd never know it was there unless you were a local. Thank God for that new Garmin with it's constant reminders that there is food and gas everywhere. Wednesday it popped up an Olive Garden logo. This time, it was Starbucks logo. All I had to do was touch it. Maybe they should do like the truck stops and put up a 200 foot high LED sign, LOL.
This store is entirely unprofessional. The shift supervisors, Katie and April, can be found yelling at the baristas for their own mistakes and lead to an extremely uncomfortable and hostile environment. The store manager is uncaring about the issues happening when you report them to her, and nothing changes. Employees can often be found and overheard talking rudely about other employees over the headsets when they think no one is listening. I find this store absolutely hostile and disgusting and will never spend another dollar at this location. Management has frequently shown they are unwilling to create a welcome environment for even their own employees. It’s not a wonder my baristas seem to change every other day because no one wants to stay here. As long as a majority of the current employees work at this location, including almost the entire management structure, I will never come back and I recommend others do the same.
One of the more attractive Starbucks locations in my area and it's particularly well-kept despite their relatively high levels of traffic. My only complaint is relatively minor: they regularly mix up any vaguely similar orders, such that -- as happened again, today -- my coffee showed up with somebody else's name on the label.
just went to starbucks with my friends and asked for 3 small snickerdoodles. we all went to drink it and come to find out, it was just milk.
No reason to wait 15 mins for an already brewed coffee. First order was sent out to a drive through customer, reordered and that one was forgotten. While waiting, saw another customer walk back inside after realizing they were given another person's order. They do put customer names on cups but don't bother to call out the names when handing off the orders. Most disorganized SBX we've seen.
The classic Starbucks experience: Friendly staff, consistently good coffee ( hot & fresh ), clean bathrooms.
