love this place and love the people. When you learn to talk to the staff with respect and not demands you get somewhere with them. Very clean very upfront and for the most part, for you. I've never once had a problem with any of the departments if there was the wrong kind of announcement they call me within 20 minutes, when there is a problem with a title they call me immediately and when i have a car postsaled i get a phone call or result from Arbitration within 8 hour. Everyone does their job there and they do it well. I'd give this Manheim 5 stars if they had better control of the stragglers that walk in there with no dealer license or bringing their customers in to buy the car right there, that hurts the hard working average dealer. But overall, super solid and well kept place
One of the most professionally organized auto auction in New Jersey and also in East Coast. They're well trained and educated when it comes to "Know How" in business and costumer service questions.
