I'm from PA and my alternator died on the way to work. I got the truck towed there and they had it fixed by 2 pm. 2 weeks later the alternator failed again and I managed to drive there..It was completely covered under warranty and they had it ready for me by noon. Excellent service.
This was not an isolated incident. The price they quoted in the past for a new muffler was more than double what I found the same brand muffler for online with shipping.

This shop seems OK for routine maintenance services, but for more extensive repairs I find their price for parts to be extremely high. They recently quoted me over $700 for the 2 parts (not including labor) they said would fix my problem. Having researched online, I found I could order the parts myself and have them delivered in 1-2 days for $300. Even the listed full retail prices I found online for the genuine OEM parts totaled $200 less than their quote.
Dave is the go to guy. Had been in for an oil change, he made my experience a very pleasant one.
