If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Let me start by saying, I don't like dentists. Not that I don't like them personally, just that I very much dislike the whole experience.
Dr. Lyons saw me the same day I called. She extracted the tooth two days later on a Friday, a day she does not normally work. I felt no pain or discomfort at all doing the extraction, which was complicated by long roots that curved around my sinus.
Dr. Lyons and her staff are all warm and welcoming. They squeezed me in on what I know was a busy day for Dr. Lyons as she was also dealing with a personal family emergency, yet made me feel that my emergency visit was not an imposition at all. And I was a new patient for a second opinion. I was someone she knew might not be back.
They use modern scanning technology, so getting her imaging was painless and quick.
The doctors and techs are the best. Everyone is extremely friendly, including the office manager and receptionist. I never have to wait for my scheduled appointment. They are also amazing with children and my kids actually look forward to going. Highly recommend them.
The office is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I saw the both Dr. Lyons and her staff frequently wash their hands and utilize appropriate control measures. The equipment appears to be state of the art, and sparkling clean. The office does not smell like a medical facility.
We migrated our entire family to Dr. Lyons practice. My toddler has had great experiences with this office, and they are extremely gentle/patient.
If your looking for a dentist or thinking of changing your current dentist do yourself a favor and give this place a shot...you won't be disappointed.
Punctual, respectful, calming etc...everyone is super friendly and they do great work. I was never in pain once and my teeth feel and look better than ever.
Let me say that I could not have been more pleased by my whole experiece! This wasn't a one time visit, I've gone back 3 times in 3 months and every time was better than the last. When they tell you that your appointment will be at 4:30, your laying in that chair at 4:30 ready to go.
A friend recommended Dr. Lyons after I cracked a tooth. The Dentist I had been seeing wanted to send me to an oral surgeon for the extraction, another Dentist for the implant post 4 months after extraction, and back to him for cap.
It’s a great place to go. They did my implant the other day and I had ZERO pain what so ever. I was nervous going in for my 1st implant. They made me feel very comfortable and put my nerves at ease. Dr Lyons and her assistant did a great job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
The office staff had a nice, snuggly blanket for me to keep warm as it was cool in the office. She takes her time administering numbing agents, applying topical numbing before the injections to minimize any discomfort.
Not only will I be back, my husband will be changing to Dr. Lyons also. Our former Dentist is proficient and there was nothing wrong with his practice professionally. But I know that practice would not go to the lengths Dr. Lyons did to get me in and get that painful tooth taken care of. Also, the atmosphere at Lyons Family Practice is just so nice.
I've driven by this practice hundreds of times always telling myself I should go to the dentist and alas the time came.
