Went to get my new phone after getting a text saying it arrived at the store and when I got there not even ten minutes later, the store was closed 20 minutes before closing time so I had to come back the next day.
the representatives don't have any sympathy or empathy for a customers needs...manager is never there...im not a happy customer
Dont come here if you want to get a new phone especilly if you talk to the asian woman not to be rude but she was very nice at first but then she looks to be irritated when i picked out my phone she was very nice she brought over cases but then she didn't even ask me for what color phone I wanted when I asked her she said she already running it up so it's too late then she was talking behind our backs then she was cursing infront of us when there was an 8 year old by us later when we left i tried out my phone and she didn't even activate the card we had to call customer service and they did it for us dont come here
