This was my first time shopping here it was great. Lisa was super friendly and I found exactly what I needed at a price better than anything I saw online. I ended up buying an extra piece of furniture since I had extra money in my budget. I walked away very happy and my daughter loves her new furniture.
Jarons Furniture Outlet is an enormous warehouse showroom filled with a fraction of the furniture they carry from many different name brand manufacturers at amazingly low prices. The knowledgeable sales staff is there to greet you at the door but not "hoover" unless that's what you ask for. Furniture that's in stock can usually be delivered within the week to 10 days depending on several factors.
Our Family has been doing business with Jarons Furniture a little over a decade now and they are wonderful to work with. Recently, we made an electric recliner sofa purchase and the experience was excellent. Greg himself helped us in our selection and order of the sofa pieces. It was fast, painless, and affordable. As promised after two weeks the couches were ready for delivery. The delivery men brought the couches up to our second story apartment and installed everything, in the right spot, safely, with out damage to anything and they cleaned up after them selves. Very friendly guys too. There was one hitch, but it was not any fault of Jarons, the manufacturer didn’t bolt the electric motor properly to the inside of the chaise we bought and the delivery men let us know of it immediately. He put a report in to send a guy out to fix the issue within the next few weeks. The issue wouldn't allow us to move the furniture (which we didn’t need to move it so no big deal) but the motor still worked so it was still usable and we enjoyed the sofas while we waited for repair. Two weeks later the repair man came from Jarons and fixed the issue. Over all it was a great product and service experience! We absolutely LOVE our recliner sofas and will continue to go to Jarons for our future purchases. This all took place in August and we still turn to each other and say how much we love our couches. 10/10 would use again.
Buying was the easy part but they forgot some parts in the warehouse so couldn't use the the beds till next day when warehouse was opened.
Good selection, friendly and helpful. The salesman was hovering around us. That we did not like.
