Nice spot to stop in for a drink before or after a night utfor dinner. Little bar in the liquor store... tv usually has Phillies game on or some other local sports team. No frills just friendly faces, and the price is right.
Totally friendly and helpful. I was visiting from Texas and the manager was really cool; told me where and what to do, where and what to avoid, and so on. Can't say enough. Kudos.
It's not the owner who is very hash and rude, she's the manager and owner's daughter. By the way, she is normally a very sweet and caring person, who has a lot on her plate. You must have caught her at a bad moment. The take-out beer is probably the coldest I've ever had, and the prices are very competitive.
