I wasn't too familiar with Pet Valu before stopping at this store but after the wonderful experience I received today I will absolutely be a regular from now on. The employee by the name of Briana was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. She was able to help me pick out a good new brand of food for my dog "Zelda" and walked me through how to use the self washing station to bathe Zelda (which I will definitely be frequenting) But most importantly Briana was wonderful with Zelda, playful and cheery without overwhelming her. I can't recommend this store enough, it's a fantastic find with fantastic employees and products
This was my first visit to the store I adopted a puppy two days ago. The gentleman working there was extremely helpful and polite. My puppy who is a little bit skittish really liked him. Lucky loves his new bed, toy, and the treats we got there. I will definitely be back for all my pets needs. It was very nice to shop at a store that was clean, bright, and well organized. I love this pet store I do all my shopping here for my pet. The staff is very attentive especially the manager. He recommended orijen for my dog and he absolutely loves it I will not buy food anywhere else. They have a fabulous treat selection I love there raw treats that only have one ingredient!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!! Cindy and Danielle were both super helpful with my first use of the self cleaning pet tubs. My dog is a little skittish and they were very accommodating to her particular needs. She warmed up after a bit and the selection of all types of grooming needs were met. Biscuits, food, toys etc are all available for purchase and the prices are very reasonable.
