Will always mark your package as delivered and gets delivered the next day if it's convenient for them. Where is my S@#t post office? Not in my mail box like you said. 3rd time they have done this to me! Wish they would be honest and do what they say!
They are the worst. Been looking for a package for days. Called the post office and went there. All I've been getting is attitude and misguided information. All I want is my package and all the guy can say is "I want to give it to you so you can get out of my hair. I can't give you something that's not here". With that said that may be true but there's a way of saying thing to get your point across without making the CUSTOMER feel worthless. From what I've learned the post office has come a long way since the HORSE AND BUGGY....Snail mail. So why with all this technology they can track one freaking package that was in their possession TWO FREAKING TIMES!!!!!!
I go here all the time and they are both friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's the customers that slow the lines down as they are not sure how to mail their packages.
I had to pick up a special package and they were extremely helpful as usual. They always giving fantastic service.
Sensitivity training and public relation training may be required and or refresher. Or maybe some transfers. Some there have gotten to comfortable at this junction and need a change in their work environment.
I just moved to Bordentown and I called this morning to ask how much it would cost to rent a P.O. Box. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went there I was greeted right away and explained what I needed to do. The young lady who I spoke with on the phone said she remembered me and helped me with my address changed and the P.O. Box rental. Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly.
