Between the blaring country music coming from the ceiling, the constant beeping of unattended equipment, and the blasting rap music coming from the kitchen, it is no surprise the employees are all too disoriented to do their jobs properly while high. The cashier carried my frosty from the drive thru menu, to the little office area, back into the back of the kitchen, back to the drive thru window, and back to the office before noticing that it was in her hand. This is in addition to no fewer than six people looking at, but doing nothing to move my sandwich from the ready area to my hands. Modern fixtures does not mean adequate service.
Great experience! The staff were friendly, polite, and prompt. My husband's French fries were fresh and hot, and my strawberry mango chicken salad was wonderful!
i travel alot and i eat from wendy's most of my travel...i told the employee i dont eat bacon and ordered number 6 on the menu on the wall chicken sunwitch...and this girl ordered me bacom and it doest show on my ricipe when i went back to the counter and told the girl she just loughed at me and that really made me feel bad and erritated...i always dont like to make review about where i go but i had to do this...just to tell you guys that when you are ordering staff from here becareful and check what you got before you leave...thank
With friendly staff, the food to me always taste better. ; ) I didn't wait long in line to order, got my food fast, and noticed the manager was the one who served it to me, definitely was great service, and loved it!
Very clean and modern. Very customer orientated service manager and staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Order came out quickly and 100% as ordered. Food quality and quantity was adequate.
