This is by far the most clean and secure storage facility I have ever been to. I arrived at the office to sign up for a unit, and the man working was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was't sure what size unit I wanted so he showed me a few of the empty units. The whole facility was literally spotless! When I arrived with my Uhaul we had easy access to my unit and the facility provides multiple moving carts for your convenience. Any dealings I've had with the employees after has been wonderful.
From the time I called to Inquire about getting my Unit along with the 50% Off the 1st 3 Months, to the Present day I have had nothing but GREAT SERVICE!!! I have mostly dealt with Devin who has always been Kind, Helpful, Straight Forward + Very down to Earth Friendly. Everthing My family Owns is in our Unit, so having it Climate Controlled has been a BLESSING!! We have visited our Unit Several times since we Rented it back in April + every time we go, our items are as perfect as the day we moved them in, including all our Electronics!! I Have, Would + Still am Recommending The Storage Depot to anyone who needs to Store items for a few weeks to a few years, they are Super Clean, Well Lit, Easy to get to + Open/Close. My Family + I have had NO WORRIES about how Safe + Cared For our Life Items have + Still are. Please at least TRY The Storage Depot, My Family + I feel it's Definitely WORTH IT!!!

After being there 14 months never sent , called or emailed about rate increase just charged my credit card the almost 10% increase , clean place well kept , poor customer relations
The Storage Depot is our go to location for truck and van rentals. They maintain high quality vehicles that always run well and are clean. The staff are friendly, quick, and helpful with any rental. The staff is always willing to make sure that your experience is a stress free one. The storage areas appear to be well taken care of and secure, though we have never used them. Any interaction I have seen staff or the owner have with customers has been a positive one.
This by far is one of the worse places.. I lost my keys charged me 64 dollars to open then took a hour to do so cause it was under me and my boyfriends name but he said he didn’t have my boyfriend signature saying I was on the storage info too . So that took a whole hour to do cause his printer was raggedy I guess and tried to blame it on my man iPhone 8 ... Then he was falling asleep at the front desk ... You guys are not professional and you guys charge 160 dollars a month and treat your customers like sh...... t like why did I have to pay 64 dollars to open it when I pay 160 dollars a month don’t worry you guys lost me...
