Everyone was very helpful. I had them do some gunsmithing on my M4 to make it NJ compliant. Work was top notch and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Went here today to buy a new release aid for my compound bow. The salesman behind the counter showed me a Scott archery advantage hinge release.
He said I would shoot better with it since it isn't a trigger release. The same afternoon went out for and evening hunt like normal about 20 minutes in I was in the stand and had a nice 8 pointer come by at 20 yards. So I started to draw my boy and the hinge trigger slipped and de stinged my bow. This is one of the worst bow releases on the market I do recommend the spot hog whipper snapper.
Vinny in the archery department is incredible. He listens to the customer to understand their needs, identifies different options, explains the pros and cons, and then works hard to tune the bow and achieve optimal results. Its clear that Vinny is more concerned with making customers happy than moving inventory. Needless to say, I am very happy with the way he treated my son.
I've been here several times and every time I get great customer service from everyone behind the counter. Everyone is very knowledgeable and very attentive to what your looking for and patient , what more could you ask for considering your making an important purchase. I just purchased a 9mm and "Fred" took great care of me from start to finish. Not only do I buy my firearms from here but also a lot of accessories that you would normally think of buying online but guess what they have plenty of items at comparable prices and you can see them for yourself , instead of waiting for it to be shipped. So take the ride, come in and experience for yourself and you won't be disappointed.
In general this was my go to place. Bob is the greatest! We have purchased many firearms from them. We even drive an hour each way to go there. Just recently I had a horrible experience with them with the purchase of a handgun. That said, as if the situation wasn’t unpleasant and difficult enough, due to the way they handled the outcome I would never ever consider returning...not even to buy a box of ammo! I would rather pay more money and spend more time somewhere else. I would think they would treat their loyal customers a little better than how I was treated. I’m very disappointed in this place.
