Outside appearance of hotel looks like a check motel. The lobby and room don't look and feel and cozy. The heating system was not working. They switched me to another room. The heating system was noisy. The bathroom faucet was not functioning properly and bathtub water drained slowly. Looks like the hotel is lack of maintenance. Breakfast has limited selections. No hot food such as scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes or hush brown. No fruits selection.
Very clean property, rooms were good for money. Breakfast was average. Carpet was clean and there were no odors, just a neutral smell. Was glad not to find one strand of hair in the bathroom or in the bed, and all linens were clean. Has a good channel lineup but didn't see a channel guide. WiFi Internet connection was reliable. I stayed in room 257 on the lower back side of the building.
When I got there, the receptionist was very sweet, I couldn't remember her name because it was late when I got there and all I wanted to do was sleep, but she was very sweet and polite. My room was very clean and bathroom as well. I would definitely book again when I need a hotel
Really really fantastic for such a low price. Everything was super clean and seemed newly painted. They allow pets! But the room didn't smell like previous pets. All the staff were nice and friendly and helpful.
It's true that the hotel is a little run down, but the customer service of the front desk staff can't be beat. My boyfriend and I were weary from driving all night and the person working behind the counter not only gave us an extended check-out time, but also gave us a discount as well. She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. That more than made up for the fact that the toilet clogged and the shower was gross. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were firm. I would definitely stay here again based just on the quality of service from the front desk.
