Good value for what you pay. Most hotels at this price would be dirty and ridden with druggies. The area seems safe.
The water stinks like sewer but it's cheap.

I've stayed here pretty regular for the past year no problems till now, dirty room, fresh blood on pillow, told them about it and they give me another pillow case no pillow, and to top it off some dude just comes to my door at night knocking wanting a cigarette, and the price went up to over $60 and there's some sort of flying bugs in the bathroom witch I think maybe toilet is leaking.. Place definitely went down hill since my last stay.. Will never stay again..rather pay an extra $10 and have clean room and a ice machine... Would not recommend..
