The faucets in the bathtub both turned a different direction. Not terribly safe.
No breakfast except for bagels, small muffins, English muffins, and cereal. Only juice they had was apple and tropical mango. The apple juice came out thick and disgusting. Orange juice and cranberry juice out of order. Rooms dirty. Televisions do not have HDMI outlets on them. The only good thing about the place was the receptionist at front desk who worked it seemed 24 hours always remained nice. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
The key card to the room was unpredictable, working less than half the time. The front desk was happy to fix this over and over.
I will probably opt to pay a little more next time but I probably got ot what I paid for.
THEE worse place I've been at.... The bathroom was FILTHY.... a yellow grim n hair n dirt was in the tub was also mold.. the towels n wash clothes was filthy but folded.. the beds was uncomfortable the bottom sheet had an old coffee stain on the sham part, the pillows was like crumbled up paper..also killed 2 bugs there. I called the front desk twice and the young lady was notified of the above issues and said she will be down to the room.. she NEVER came so I clld again an no answer.. so in the morning I checked out early after a sleepless night and had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to come mean while ringing the bell for help n nothing for 20 minutes. Oh the breakfast was barley Continental Cheerios n bagels with coffee n juice. If there was a way I could rate ZERO stars I would so I had no choice but to click one store.
Initially, I felt the room wasn't clean but decided it was.more that things were worn giving it that appearance. See photo example.
Quiet and nice. Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and coffee makers. Also there are bathtubs. They serve breakfast from 5:30-9:30. Usually coffee, bagels, muffins, cereals and juice. The rooms were clean and the tv worked.
First the people who work there are very nice, helpful. The prices were lower than the other hotels in the area.
There are nice and comfy beds. The water temperature in the shower is the best. And there are good channels on the tv.
When I arrived the beds were dishevelled and there was no remote to the television. This was corrected the next day, the bed was comfortable & clean.
